Our production floor runs proprietary molds on NBR, FKM, EPDM, and PU compounds. Batch output is logged, not estimated. Walk the floor remotely—every image here is ours.

Compound Mixing

Molding & Curing

Post-Cure QC

Raw NBR, FKM, EPDM, or PU is weighed and mixed to fixed ratios. Each batch is logged by compound type and Shore hardness before entering the press queue.

Proprietary molds press each part to dimensional spec. Press temperature and cure time are fixed per compound—no operator adjustment between runs.

Finished parts are measured against dimensional drawings and checked for lip integrity. Batches outside tolerance are pulled before packaging—no exceptions.
